# Trend Cloud
The Trend Cloud is like a color-coded indicator that helps us make smart trading choices. When the cloud is green, we're on the lookout for opportunities to buy. And when it turns red, we're focused on finding chances to sell.
Think of the Trend Cloud as a signal for which way the market is leaning. A wider cloud means the trend is stronger, while a narrower one means it might be weaker.
So, when the cloud is green, we're thinking about buying. And when it's red, we're thinking about selling. And how wide the cloud is tells us how strong the trend is right now.
